The math

What a six-technician crew pays today.

Take a typical six-tech operation on a mid-tier field service plan. Add the seats that don't fit in the bundle. Then add the marketing and review software most crews end up buying separately.

Line itemTodayASUREMAN
Mid-tier field service plan (5 users)$149–$249Included
Technicians 6 & 7 (extra seats)$58–$70$0
Marketing / review software$79–$199Included

Monthly total$286–$518+$497 flat

And it stays $497. Whether you run six technicians or twenty-six, the number on the invoice doesn't move. Every hire after today is free.

The one asterisk

What isn't included.

We'd rather tell you now than surprise you on an invoice. Telephony and carrier minutes are billed at cost. That covers the actual phone minutes and text messages the network charges for - AI conversations themselves are unlimited.

For most crews that lands somewhere between $20 and $60 a month. We show you the running total in your dashboard, and there's no markup on it.

That's the whole list. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-seat fee, no contract.

Pricing questions

The ones that actually get asked.

Why one price instead of tiers?Because tiers punish growth. Every other platform in this category makes hiring a technician more expensive, which is a strange thing to charge a growing company for. We'd rather you add trucks.
Is it cheaper if I only have two techs? No, and we'll be straight with you: if you're running one or two technicians, a $49 entry plan somewhere else is probably the better buy today. Come back when the crew hits four - that's where this starts winning on plain math.
Do you charge for onboarding or migration? No. Moving your customers, job history and open work orders off Jobber or Housecall Pro is included, and we run both systems in parallel for two weeks so nothing breaks.
Is there a contract?Month to month. Keep your phone number, keep your data, leave whenever you want.
What about payment processing? You connect your own Stripe account, so card payments go straight to you at Stripe's standard rate. We never touch your money.

We'll price out your exact crew on the call.

Bring your current bill and your tech count. Fifteen minutes, and you'll know the number.
